SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service govern the text messaging services offered by SmartFab Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from us in accordance with these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Opt-in consent

When you provide your mobile phone number and check an opt-in box, or otherwise expressly consent to receive text messages, you authorize SmartFab Solutions to send you SMS messages related to your RFQ, order updates, appointment reminders, and relevant manufacturing information. Your consent is not a condition of purchase.

2. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your project status and interactions with us. You may receive a handful of messages per month, with additional messages during active quoting or production periods. We do not send recurring automated marketing messages without separate consent.

3. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. SmartFab Solutions does not charge you to receive text messages, but your carrier may. Contact your carrier for details.

4. Supported carriers

SMS delivery is supported by most major U.S. and Canadian wireless carriers; however, delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier network availability or technical issues.

5. Opt-out instructions

You can stop receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message we send. After you opt out, we will send you a final confirmation message and then no further SMS messages, unless you opt in again.

7. Privacy and data use

We collect and use your mobile phone number only to send you the messages you have requested and to support our services. We do not sell or share your phone number with unrelated third parties for their marketing purposes. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. The updated terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our SMS services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
