Our PCBA bench covers SMT down to 01005 passives, fine-pitch BGA and CSP placement, through-hole and selective solder, mixed-technology builds, double-sided reflow, conformal coating, potting, and full functional and in-circuit test. Turnkey, consigned, and partial-kit models are all supported — send a Gerber, BOM, and CPL and we'll route it. AOI, X-ray for BGAs, and first-article inspection are standard on the shops we shortlist. Volumes run from a 5-board NPI through 100k+ annual production. IPC-A-610 Class 2 and Class 3 workmanship are available, with traceability packages for medical and aerospace builds. We match each project to a shop sized for the run: a high-mix prototype house for an NPI burn-down, a mid-volume EMS for bridge production, or a dedicated production line for sustained programs. Lead times start at 24 hours for stocked-component prototypes.
